When does your Wedding Coordinator get involved?
Your day-of coordinator will have a planning call
2-weeks before the wedding to go over the details of the day, vendor list, and wedding timeline. Then, will step in on wedding day to coordinate the event.

MONTH-OF COORDINATION
This service is for couples who successfully planned their own wedding, and need the help of an experienced wedding coordinator to step in about one month before the event during the last phase of planning to ensure all details are expertly managed and coordinated.
When does your Wedding Planner get involved?
Your wedding planner will get involved about 30 days before your event to have a dedicated video planning meeting and discuss vendors, setup, teardown, day-of logistics, and create the timeline and floor plans with you.
